Our Returns Policy
If your goods are faulty or damaged - we will refund the cost of the items and cover the cost of their return
Breakages and faulty items must be notified within 48hrs of delivery. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Let us know what the fault or damage is & if possible attach photos of the damage/fault. We will then arrange for the items to be returned and a full refund or replacement goods provided.
If the goods are unsuitable or you change your mind - we may refund the cost of the item/s subject to the conditions below but you are responsible for their return & you may be subject to some additional charges.
Please note, bespoke or modified items cannot be returned (unless damaged or faulty). This includes print and branding.
You may only cancel an order after we have started to fulfill your order with our written consent.
In the first instance email email@example.com including your order number and telling us why you wish to return the goods. You must notify us within 14days of delivery.
Goods can only be returned after written or email authorisation from Mid West Displays’ Customer Service Department.
Goods must then be returned by you to us within 7 days of our authorisation to return.
You are responsible for returning goods. We recommend you use a suitable carrier and obtain insurance to cover the goods whilst in transit.
Some returns may be subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the total value. We may choose to charge this on goods returned in an unsaleable or unusable condition and/or not in original packaging.
We may also deduct from the refund the initial cost of delivery.
Acceptance of any cancellation shall be without prejudice to any liabilities that have arisen under these conditions prior to acceptance of cancellation.
If you obtained a carriage or quantity discount you may be charged for the balance when returning goods.
Products can be exchanged but must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
