Established Stourbridge agency Lex Allan has upgraded their property display at their landmark Stourbridge branch.
Lex and the team’s aim is “to provide a service above and beyond clients’ expectations, so that they will want to do business with us now and in the future” – and having been established for over 30 years it sounds like they are achieving this.
The Lex Allan Sales, Lettings and Block Management teams operate out of The Auction House a large early Victorian office building prominently located on the edge of Stourbridge’s ring road. The building features several picture windows. Previously these were rather over filled so we helped Lex Allan achieve a contemporary minimalist look. Each of the six windows now features 2x A3 Landscape LED lightpockets.
The team opted for lightpockets from our Classic range – made by us in the UK and optimised to ensure a bright but subtle light that minimises energy use and maximises product lifecycle.
Our installation team ensured the upgrade was carried out with minimum disruption to the busy office.
