Julian Wadden Boosts Local Presence with Three Branch Display Upgrades

We recently completed three property display upgrades for South Manchester estate agent Julian Wadden.

We made, supplied and installed agency window displays in branches in Didsbury, Heaton Moor and Marple.

All three featured bespoke frames printed in the independent agent’s recognisable brand colour.

Making the Most of a Corner Location

Wadden’s The Heatons branch occupies a large corner plot on Moorside Road, Heaton Moor and offers plenty of window space for the branch’s numerous listings. We used a mixture of A1 and A2 light pockets to create a truly eye-catching window that gave the listings the display they deserved. In total we supplied over 29 lightpockets.

Managing Director Matthew Smith opted for our Classic LED lightpocket range – our bestselling display range, developed and manufactured by us at our UK HQ. The panels offer a bright but subtle LED light optimised to maximise energy-saving and product lifecycle.

To enhance the brand and complement signage, we were able to manufacture the frame’s pockets in Julian Wadden’s corporate colour.

High-Impact Displays for a Prominent High Street Branch

Julian Wadden Didsbury

The prominent Didsbury branch on thriving Wilmslow Road is double fronted with virtually full height windows. Again, we used larger sized frames with bespoke pockets to create impact, each window having two drops each featuring an A2 landscape frame above an A3 portrait frame.

The frames are made to offer up to 70000hrs maintenance free display – a genuine long-term investment.

A Statement Display in the Heart of Historic Marple

Julian Wadden Marple

The branch in the beautiful historic town of Marple branch is located on The Hollins and again features double fronted full height and wide windows. We developed a design for each window which comprised a huge A1 portrait frame flanked either side by an A2 portrait frame above an A3 landscape frame – this display simply cannot be missed!

On three visits at the end of July and start of August this year [2025] our installation team fitted the window displays swiftly, securely and with minimum disruption to the offices which remained ‘business as usual’ through the upgrades.

The Importance of Local Presence

Matthew wrote “We know from Zoopla’s latest research that local presence is still the number one priority for sellers when choosing an estate agent… more important than fees, track record, or even how long it takes to sell. That’s why we’re proud to have welcoming, pavement-fronted offices in the heart of our communities, and why we’ve just upgraded our window displays in Didsbury, Heaton Moor, and Marple to best promote our properties."

The upgrades represent a significant investment for the client, and we thank Matthew for trusting us with this project and wish all the team the best for the future.
